Short Description

Our client, an international manufacturing company operating in a regulated environment, is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead all quality activities at one of its production sites.The role is responsible for ensuring compliance with customer requirements, regulatory expectations, and company standards, while driving continuous improvement and promoting a strong quality culture across the organization.

Description

  • Lead the Quality function and manage the local Quality team.
  • Develop and implement the annual Quality plan and drive a strong quality culture.
  • Maintain and continuously improve the site’s Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements, company standards and international quality standards.
  • Oversee Quality Control activities, product quality, specifications and testing requirements.
  • Lead validation, qualification, risk assessment and change control activities.
  • Manage quality deviations, non-conformities, root cause analysis and CAPA actions.
  • Handle customer and supplier complaints and ensure timely resolution.
  • Lead internal, customer, supplier and external audits.
  • Act as the main Quality contact for customers and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor Quality KPIs, analyze trends and prepare reports for management.
  • Support Production, Operations and other functions in quality-related decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Take ownership of quality-related escalations and, where necessary, stop production due to quality or compliance concerns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Technology, or a related field - mandatory. 
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Quality leadership role within a manufacturing environment. 
  • Experience in a regulated industry - significant advantage. 
  • Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems and auditing processes. 
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken). 
  • Strong leadership and people management skills. 
  • Ability to influence and work effectively with senior stakeholders, customers, and suppliers. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
