Description
- Support opening, closing, and amending bank accounts, including POA setups and signature updates
- Maintain accurate account data in the Bank Account Management (BAM) system
- Assist Treasury Advisors with bank guarantee administration when required
- Manage and update user access rights to bank accounts, ensuring timely and compliant controls
- Prepare and support documentation for monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities
- Collaborate with analysts on account administration tasks and resolve related issues
- Identify, research, and drive resolution of issues, coordinating with cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance, Cash & Banking, Treasury, Data Management, or another transferable field
- Strong business English skills
- Proven stakeholder-oriented mindset with demonstrated results
- Capability to handle complex situations while balancing customer and business needs
- Proficiency in MS Office
