Description
- Handle customer inquiries and issues via email, chat, and phone in Dutch and English.
- Resolve customer complaints and feedback in cooperation with internal teams.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and partners.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to Level 2 / Supervisors when needed.
Requirements
- Fluent Dutch and strong English skills, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Good time-management skills and the ability to learn quickly.
- Knowledge of the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Zendesk.
- Basic knowledge of MacOS, Microsoft Office, G-Suite and Lark.
