Description
- Manage urgent procurement requests, purchase orders, and supplier communication.
- Track and expedite critical orders to support Turnaround activities.
- Resolve procurement issues and manage escalations.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
- Prepare and analyze reports, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Support process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and internal controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of procurement, sourcing, or materials planning experience in a multinational environment.
- Strong understanding of Refinery Turnaround (TAR) processes.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment and support bi-weekly afternoon shifts (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM).
