For our international partner, we are looking for an experienced Senior IT Business Analyst (BPA) to join a Data & Technology organization supporting critical workforce and operational planning processes and related business applications.

Our international partner is undergoing a major digital transformation, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making, modern technologies, and continuous process improvement. As part of this journey, the organization is investing in the development and optimization of planning and operational systems that support critical business functions.The successful candidate will join a team responsible for workforce and resource planning solutions, working closely with business stakeholders to gather and manage requirements, support application enhancements, and contribute to the evolution of the future technology landscape. The role combines business analysis with data-related activities, including working with APIs, data mappings, and SQL-based solutions, while collaborating with international cross-functional teams.

Requirements

(Standby) Support: Maintain continuity of deployed products, support incident management, and assist with technical configurations, including standby duties
Test management: Perform integration testing and user acceptance testing
Business process change: Understand and document current business processes, identify inefficiencies, design new to-be processes, and support business changes.
Requirements gathering: Uncover user requirements, translate them into features, and support the Product Owner (PO) in prioritizing features.
Stakeholder management: communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
Data Management: proactively investigate data related issues such as integrations to support application operations

Your Profile:

A bachelor-level education
Pro-active mindset: Take the initiative to reach out and create (business) relationships where needed and have a pro-active and curious attitude
Analytical skills: Ability to quickly distinguish main issues from side issues.
Data skills: Some familiarity with the workings of API’s is a pre, as well as knowledge of SQL.
Documentation skills: Perform documented, reliable analyses and structure requirements accordingly. Some experience in business process modelling is a pre.
Perseverance & result-oriented: Willingness to go the extra mile and achieve results.
Communication skills: Good social and communication skills to connect with all stakeholders and to form the bridge between the NL and HU based colleagues.
