Description

  • Execute daily, weekly, and monthly activities related to assigned complex Cash & Banking and accounting processes accurately and within established deadlines.
  •  Perform accounting, reconciliation, and transfer transactions in BlackLine and SAP.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve Cash in Transit (CIT) items in collaboration with regional stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate and oversee quarter-end and year-end closing activities for complex accounting areas.
  • Execute and support Cash & Banking, accounting, and treasury activities within the assigned region.
  • Prepare cash forecasts and perform local cash analysis, taking foreign exchange impacts into account.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and lead the implementation of process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with business teams to interpret accounting entries and resolve accounting-related inquiries.
  • Serve as an ERP Super User, acting as the primary point of contact for system-related and technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the supported business area and its operations.
  •  Perform Cash in Transit (CIT) bank reconciliations and monitor outstanding items through to resolution.
  • Prepare cash forecasts, post bank statements, and perform general ledger account reconciliations.
  • Support the preparation of documentation and journal entries required for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of IT system interfaces and integrations relevant to finance processes.
  •  Investigate and resolve issues while sharing knowledge and best practices within the team.
  • Coordinate the identification, tracking, and resolution of issues in collaboration with relevant stakeholders and business functions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in finance, cash & banking, treasury, financial accounting, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in business English; additional language skills may be required depending on the supported region.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and decision-making abilities.
  • Stakeholder- and customer-focused mindset with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Capability to manage complex situations while balancing business and customer needs.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing business requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
