Description

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and scaling software solutions that support the company's catering operations. You will work on complex systems that ensure critical service processes run accurately, efficiently, and reliably across a global network.Beyond delivering high-quality software, you will contribute to architectural decisions, mentor team members, and help maintain system stability and performance in a high-volume, business-critical environment.Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance systems using Java and Spring (Boot/Cloud)
• Own end-to-end solution design, from requirements to production deployment
• Architect systems capable of handling high-load, mission-critical operations
• Lead and contribute to system design and technical decision-making
• Translate business and operational needs into robust technical solutions
• Optimize and maintain backend services, APIs, and integrations with external systems
• Ensure system observability using tools such as Dynatrace, Grafana, or similar monitoring platforms
• Drive performance tuning, incident analysis, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate closely with product owners, operations teams, and other stakeholders
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices
• Participate in on-call rotation to support 24/7 critical operations

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with strong expertise in Java and Spring ecosystem
• Proven experience designing and building distributed and high-load systems
• Strong knowledge of system design, architecture patterns, and microservices
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Grafana)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, event-driven architecture, and SOA
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with operational and logistics data
• Ability to balance technical excellence with business needs
• Fluent in English
