Description
Operations and Support:
- Keep your network and security infrastructure running at peak performance
- Handle L2/L3 incidents and escalations with confidence
- Execute key operations (VLANs, traffic flows, deployments)
- Lead post-incident improvements and drive service quality
Projects and Enhancements:- Design and implement cutting-edge network solutions
- Bring your expertise to integration and deployment phases
- Contribute to change management and technical standards
- Partner with IT and business teams on impactful projects
Security and Compliance:- Embed security into every layer of network architecture
- Work closely with cybersecurity teams
- Integrate solutions like firewalls, VPNs, segmentation, SWG
- Support incident response strategies
Documentation and Governance:- Keep documentation clean, clear and up to date
- Define and champion network best practices
Technical Background:- Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Aruba, Meraki
- Netskope (SWG), Cisco VoIP, Microsoft Teams
- Protocols: TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, WLAN, VPN, SD-WAN
Requirements
- Education and Experience:
- BSc with a minimum of 10 years of experience or MSc with 5 years of experience in networking and security
- Proven experience in complex, international network environments
Technical Skills:- Strong knowledge of networking and security protocols (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, SD-WAN)
- Proficiency with Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Netskope equipment (at least two strong areas of expertise)
- Familiarity with enterprise Wi-Fi environments (Cisco, Aruba, Meraki)
- CCNP, NSE or equivalent certification appreciated
Soft Skills:- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and documentation abilities
- Autonomy, rigor, proactivity and service-oriented mindset
- Team spirit and technical leadership
- Fluent English (written and spoken), French is a plus
