We are looking for a colleague for them for a Treasury Operations Static Data Analyst position.

Description

• Support treasury projects and change initiatives through static data updates and maintenance
• Assist with UAT and testing activities for treasury system or data changes
• Perform static data setup and maintenance in treasury systems under defined controls
• Support project golive readiness by validating data and completing required checks
• Maintain documentation, trackers, and evidence for projects and BAU activities
• Assist with issue resolution, escalating risks or delays where required
• Support Business Continuity Planning (BCP) activities related to static data processes
• Collaborate with Treasury, Finance, IT, and project teams to support delivery and BAU transition
• Responsibilities broaden from treasury static data execution and change support to project support, stakeholder communication in banking/finance, while keeping data controls
• Contribute to continuous improvement and standardisation initiatives

Requirements

• Up to 1–2 years of experience in a relevant or transferable area such as Finance, Treasury Operations, Cash & Banking, Data Management, Business Operations, or Project Support.
• Businesslevel English, with the ability to communicate in a professional, multinational environment.
• Skills expand to include project status reporting, database management
• Basic analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to follow structured processe, analyse information, and identify issues with guidance
• Good interpersonal and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with project team members and operational stakeholders.
• Stakeholderaware mindset, with an interest in understanding business needs and supporting project outcomes
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage priorities, with support, in a fastpaced or changedriven environment
• Working knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), with the ability to support reporting, tracking, and documentation activities

• Exposure to project or change support activities, such as system updates, process improvements, or data maintenance tasks
• Experience assisting with testing or UAT activities in a structured or controlled environment
• Basic awareness of finance, treasury, cash & banking, or operational data concepts
• Interest in systems, data accuracy, and governed processes, with willingness to learn treasuryspecific tools
• Comfortable supporting documentation, trackers, and status updates for project or BAU activities
• Working knowledge of Excel and MS Office to support analysis, reporting, and coordination
