Description

Own the end-to-end planning and execution of key events.
Translate global and regional event frameworks into locally relevant, high-quality experiences aligned.
Ensure consistent excellence across concepting, agenda design, speaker coordination, production, on-site delivery, and post-event follow-up.
Support the execution of the Hungarian marketing plan, with a strong emphasis on event-led demand generation and customer engagement programs.
Manage timelines, budgets, and agencies to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-impact delivery.
Ensure events consistently reflect the company’s value propositions, through leadership, and customer-centric messaging.
Work closely with sales teams, stakeholders, partners, and global/regional marketing teams to align objectives and maximize impact.
Coordinate external agencies, production partners and venues with clear briefs and expectations.
Track and report on event and program performance.
Support lead management and follow-up processes in cooperation with sales and marketing operations.

Requirements

Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
4–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, with strong hands-on event management experience.
Proven track record of delivering complex, high-quality events with senior stakeholders and business impact in mind.
Experience working with agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Fluent Hungarian and professional English skills.
Excellent communication, project and stakeholder management skills.
Structured, proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
