Description
- Provide first- and second-line customer support to Dutch- and English-speaking customers via phone, email, and digital channels
- Manage customer requests, inquiries, complaints, and claims from receipt to resolution
- Coordinate end-to-end handling of assigned key customer portfolios
- Log, assign, and track complaints and claims in customer service systems
- Act as a professional point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders
- Support sales support and order-related processes, ensuring timely and accurate execution
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in customer service tools and systems
- Identify recurring issues, process gaps, and improvement opportunities
- Contribute to maintaining the company’s reputation through a customer-focused and solution-oriented approach
- Ensure service delivery meets agreed service levels and performance indicators
Requirements
- At least 12 months of relevant customer service experience, preferably in an SSC or multinational environment
- Strong customer-oriented mindset and ability to manage key customer relationships
- Fluent or advanced (minimum B2) Dutch and English language skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Proactive, flexible, and motivated personality
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems is an advantage
