- Strategic Planning & Execution: Drive integrated business planning, organizational setup, and governance.
- Data Excellence: Ensure account data quality, segmentation, and hierarchy updates.
- Sales Enablement: Manage quota credit rules, deployment, and performance transparency.
- Collaboration: Partner with industry leaders, process executives, and sales teams to turn ideas into measurable improvements.
Requirements
- 3 years’ experience in sales, sales operations, services, consulting, or data management.
- Excellent German and good English skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical, planning, and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP).
- University degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Customer-focused, and adaptable with a “can-do” attitude.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
