Description
- Identify and build comprehensive database of all active bank accounts and related Cash & Cash Equivalents general ledger accounts from SAP ERP.
- Analyze bank account utilization, including: Daily closing balances, Monthly average balances, Turnover rates
- Extract and consolidate bank charges data (fees, interest, etc.) from SAP ERPs.
- Prepare comprehensive decision-making materials and recommendations for the target end-state bank account portfolio.
- Collaborate with Group Treasury Liquidity Team, Treasury Operation Team, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
- Support process improvements and system enhancements for banking data analysis.
- Documentation: Prepare clear and concise documentation (operation procedure level) about data capturing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience with SAP ERP in a finance-related capacity.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret large data sets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Knowledge of banking processes, cash management, and general ledger structures.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- High level of motivation, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to engage stakeholders, communicate findings, and drive buy-in for proposed solutions.
