IT Project Manager

Our partner company is a leading provider of Cloud Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions, empowering businesses with cutting-edge customer engagement tools. They are pioneering the integration of advanced AI features to enhance real-time communication capabilities. To support their continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and motivated IT Project Manager to join their Delivery / Customer Success team, leading successful project delivery in a fast-paced, evolving environment. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, aligning business needs with technical execution to deliver impactful, customer-focused solutions.

Description

• Define project scope, timelines, and goals, and ensure alignment with external and internal stakeholders
• Manage project delivery from planning to execution, tracking budgets and resource needs
• Coordinate cross-functional team activities, aligning efforts across development, data science, and customer experience teams
• Optimize resource allocation and resolve bottlenecks to keep projects on track
• Track project progress, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of key milestones
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project stability
• Ensure clear communication of project status, timelines, and expectations to all stakeholders
• Oversee handover of projects for long-term support

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in AI, technology, or customer experience domains
• Exceptional verbal and written English skills
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with AI technologies and customer experience solutions is a plus
