- Manage global contracting and payment processes for Health Care Professionals (HCPs), Organizations (HCOs), and allied professionals
- Guide stakeholders through the HCP contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with local laws and transparency requirements
- Conduct thorough due diligence to ensure adherence to company policies and statutory obligations
- Maintain expert-level awareness of pre-contracting requirements, procedures, and cross-border considerations
- Ensure high data quality and completeness across internal systems for accurate KPI and SLA reporting
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders in a complex matrix environment
- Collaborate on strategic improvements, driving standardization, automation, and process simplification
- Proactively identify and manage risks, implementing effective mitigation strategies
- Stay continuously informed and up-to-date on compliance trends, regulations, and best practices
Követelmények
- Fluent knowledge in English and French/Greek
- Experience in Contracting or HCP Payments
- Relevant undergraduate degree or professional qualification preferred
- Strong understanding of compliance processes and local market regulations
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in IT systems for process management
