Must have skills:

Experience in Tools like Dynatrace, Zabbix, Splunk, Pingdom etc.
Has hands-on experience as Tools Administration & has good in-depth knowledge in any specific tool.
Has experience implementing Dynatrace, Zabbix or other tools in Cloud instances like Azure & GCP.
Has good experience on Linux.
Has good Troubleshooting skills, end to end management & support of the Monitoring Tools.
Is able to handle issues and drive them towards resolution.

DETAILED REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Automation with infrastructure-as-code and monitoring-as-code using tools including Terraform, Consul, and Vault, in enterprise Git environment
Configuration management tools such Ansible
Containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and the deployment, management, and monitoring of containers in public cloud environments
Understanding and ability to work in scripting languages: Bash, Shell, Python
Experience building and modifying build and deploy pipelines with tools such as Jenkins
Best practices for collaborative development though Git, Jira, and agile development
Familiar with observability tools like Prometheus, Dynatrace, Zabbix, Splunk, ELK etc. (Good to have)
Web/App Server (Nginx, Flask, Rails, Tomcat, etc.) build, deploy and troubleshoot (Good to have)
Knowledge and experience working with one or more public cloud providers. Preferably Azure and/or GCP
Strong troubleshooting experience specific to compute performance and optimization to help drive TCO targets
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a technical focus
Services oriented mindset as our team supports many operations, engineering & product efforts
Exposure to operational framework like ITIL/ITSM, Six Sigma
