We are pioneering the integration of advanced AI features to enhance real-time communication capabilities. To achieve this, we are seeking a skilled Technical consultant to join our innovative team.

Leírás

  • Lead technical delivery of customer onboarding projects for a cloud-based contact center platform, from requirements to deployment.
  • Translate business needs into technical designs, AI prompts, and system configurations.
  • Configure and test AI features to ensure quality and functionality.
  • Collaborate with PMs, tech leads, and stakeholders in an agile setup.
  • Prepare documentation, estimates, and project plans.
  • Provide training, demos, onboarding, and Tier 2 support.
  • Contribute feedback to product teams and drive process improvements.
  • Stay current with product updates and technologies.

Követelmények

  • 2–3 years experience as Technical Consultant, Implementation Engineer, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud contact center technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with AI bots (chat, voice, email) is a plus.
  • Fluent English and customer-focused mindset.
  • Willingness to learn cloud technologies; self-learner.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills in multicultural environments.
