Marketing & Event Manager

• Own the end-to-end planning and execution of key events.
• Translate global and regional event frameworks into locally relevant, high-quality experiences aligned.
• Ensure consistent excellence across concepting, agenda design, speaker coordination, production, on-site delivery, and post-event follow-up.
• Support the execution of the Hungarian marketing plan, with a strong emphasis on event-led demand generation and customer engagement programs.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and agencies to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-impact delivery.
• Ensure events consistently reflect the company’s value propositions, through leadership, and customer-centric messaging.
• Work closely with sales teams, stakeholders, partners, and global/regional marketing teams to align objectives and maximize impact.
• Coordinate external agencies, production partners and venues with clear briefs and expectations.
• Track and report on event and program performance.
• Support lead management and follow-up processes in cooperation with sales and marketing operations.
