Database Operations Specialist
- Support mission critical SaaS Cloud Applications on HANA Database
- Monitor and optimize Oracle/HANA system performance, including database tuning, query optimization, and resource management
- Work closely with Engineering teams to report, review, and enhance overall Database performance
- Develop automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual efforts and cost structure (lower TCO)
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Oracle/SAP HANA & Python code effectively
- Work on high priority incidents and provide on-call support on rotational basis
- Participate and own various projects, proof-of-concept initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide technical guidance to L1/L2 Teams
