T&I Lead

• Support short, medium, and long-term investment planning for growth, innovation, and convergence
• Lead planning, budgeting, and execution of factory investment projects
• Ensure prioritization and successful implementation of investment initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, maintenance, production, finance)
• Manage external contractors, suppliers, and technology partners
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define investment needs and priorities
• Monitor and communicate project status and outcomes to relevant stakeholders
• Drive innovation processes from concept stage through to commissioning
• Evaluate new technologies and assess their applicability in the factory environment
• Promote continuous improvement and technological excellence
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Support technology harmonization, simplification, and flexible manufacturing
• Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes
