Description
- Manage new supplier onboarding and due diligence processes, and prepare supplier performance reports
- Input and maintain pricing and data related to procurement categories in systems, ensuring accuracy
- Liaise with suppliers, Accounts Payable (AP), sites, and Category Managers to ensure timely payments
- Support procurement data collection, cost modeling, negotiations, and operational activities
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements as well as the company’s social, environmental, financial, and HSE standards
Requirements
- Supply Chain/Procurement Expertise: 2-3 + years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, and/or Business Management
- Demonstrated analytical and modeling skills with advanced proficiency in Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, pivot tables, data modeling, and largedataset manipulation
- Strong interpersonal skills combined with a collaborative working style
- Motivated self-starter with attention to detail and excellent relationship building skills
- Fluency in English
