Description

• Manage new supplier onboarding and due diligence processes, and prepare supplier performance reports
• Input and maintain pricing and data related to procurement categories in systems, ensuring accuracy
• Liaise with suppliers, Accounts Payable (AP), sites, and Category Managers to ensure timely payments
• Support procurement data collection, cost modeling, negotiations, and operational activities
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements as well as the company’s social, environmental, financial, and HSE standards

Requirements

• Supply Chain/Procurement Expertise: 2-3 + years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, and/or Business Management
• Demonstrated analytical and modeling skills with advanced proficiency in Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, pivot tables, data modeling, and largedataset manipulation
• Strong interpersonal skills combined with a collaborative working style
• Motivated self-starter with attention to detail and excellent relationship building skills
• Fluency in English
