Business Process Analyst

Short Description

We are looking for a Business Process Analyst (BPA) with strong technical expertise and proven ability to build bridges business and IT. The ideal candidate is pro-active, analytically minded, structured, and communicative with an international mindset. Previous experience in the Airline industry and/or with vendor management is a pre. 

Description

• Act as the link between (business) stakeholders and technical teams.
• Manage and optimize system configurations, including BDE and .ini files.
• Support incident and release management processes, including on-call duties.
• Contribute to cloud migration activities, preparation, and requirement gathering.
• Optimize and refactor code where necessary to ensure system performance.
• Coordinate with vendors and contribute to front-end (GUI) configuration.
• Collaborate effectively across remote teams and manage diverse stakeholder groups.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a tech-focused BPA or System Engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of BDE, .ini-file configuration, and related system setup.
• Proficiency in Perl; Python experience is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with incident and release management processes.
• Understanding of cloud environments and migration preparation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven experience working in an international and online/remote environment.
