Buyer Analyst

• Review incoming purchase requisitions for accuracy and completeness
• Identify and assign appropriate sources of supply in line with category strategies and sourcing guidelines
• Issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to obtain pricing, delivery schedules, and other commercial terms when required
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including requestors and sourcing specialists, to finalize purchasing decisions
• Create Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure supplier acceptance and confirmation
• Coordinate with suppliers, sourcing specialists, and requestors to resolve operational issues related to quality, delivery, goods or services receipt, invoice payment, and material returns
• Manage required changes to Purchase Orders and ensure timely PO closure
• Support the implementation of process and policy changes by effectively adapting to and applying new ways of working
• Contribute to projects related to new initiatives, process and system enhancements, and policy changes
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and service delivery
