Accounting Assistant

• Review, verify, and process incoming vendor invoices for accuracy, proper documentation, and approval.
• Prepare and issue accurate client invoices based on service delivery and contract terms.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable aging reports and assist in resolving
• discrepancies.
• Maintain organized digital and physical records of all invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documents.
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams to clarify billing issues and ensure timely payments.
• Reconcile monthly vendor statements and support month-end closing processes.
• Assist with data entry into accounting systems and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Support finance team with audit requests and other administrative duties as required.
