Our partner is engaged in the distribution and maintenance of packaging recycling equipment, which contributes to the development and operation of the domestic circular economy system.


Responsibilities:

• Tracking and managing the order process for machines
• Managing the procurement process
• Supporting the fulfillment team (3-4 people)
• Order management - Managing the automated machine operations
• Keep contact with production
• Monitoring and supporting delivery processes (international and domestic deliveries)
• Supervision of stock management, monitoring stock levels, safety stocks
• Management of external (3PL) - internal warehouses
• Carrying out invoicing processes through company system
• Customs related tasks (preparation, contacts)
• Managing and amending cooperation contracts
• Preparation of reports

Expectations:

• Fluent spoken and written English
• At least 3 years of experience in international procurement and warehousing processes
• Relevant experience in enterprise systems management (SAP)
• Experience in warehouse management and parts ordering/processing
• User level knowledge of MS Office programs, in particular Excel
• Accurate, precise and responsible work
• Experience in team management
