  • Manages shipments for test materials in and out of the site working together with Sending site, Warehouse, Incoming, Operations, MPD, and Start-Up teams
  • Maintains validation trackers to always reflect the up-to-date status in multiple systems (Excel, SAP, Enovia)
  • Communicates the production line validation tracker standards externally and internally to sustain update cycles and resolves conflicting priorities
  • Identifies new initiatives impact together with the Start-Up teams and leads new code creation action plan successfully
  • Supports all new codes validation and first production with Master Data and SAP system readiness
  • Manages code change and creation process with the support of Master Data and Operations
  • Owns site standards, renews them based on learnings and feedback
  • Measures new code setup efficiency, and drives Continuous Improvement (CI) via daily/weekly/monthly standard work process work.


  • Fluency of communication in English and Hungarian (written&spoken)
  • Studies: min. BA, BSc diploma
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong priority setting and discipline
  • Has a positive attitude towards challenges and changes
  • Is flexible and able to work against priorities
  • Great ability to work in a team and eagerness to learn
  • Excellent communication skills
  • SAP, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) advanced level is preferred
  • Ideally previous experience of working in database administration or validation coordination positions
  • The ideal start of work is as soon as possible
