Tasks:
• Supervision and coordination of various construction and renovation projects in the branch area
• Independent submission of various necessary documents to the respective competent authorities, accompanying the official procedure until the necessary permits are obtained
• Participation in construction meetings and building inspections
• Creation of measurements
• Control of the building specifications agreed in the rental agreement
• Handling of claims
• Tendering and awarding of various craftsman services
• Administrative order and invoice management for the various construction and renovation projects and the existing branches
• Responsibility for costs for construction and renovation work
• Coordination of special projects in the branch area
• Support in all administrative and organizational tasks for the maintenance of our branches
• Maintenance, support and updating of department-relevant databases


Requirements:
• Ideally, initial work experience in the field of construction management / construction coordination
• Ideally, completion of a technical college or degree in architecture or civil engineering
• very good knowledge of German (spoken and written)
• Knowledge of common Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Independent and responsible way of working, as well as a corresponding team spirit
• Achievement motivation, stress resistance and resilience
• Decision-making skills and assertiveness
• Class B driving license
• Willingness to travel (in the Hungary area)
