Senior Scrum Master/Marketing Account Manager


  • The Marketing Scrum Master/Account Manager is a member of company business marketing, a department providing end-to-end capabilities. From design and copywriting through to UX design and data insights, we have a huge range of talent. With over 140 people from 10 countries, we are one of the largest marketing agencies in Hungary.
  • Manage incoming marketing requests to completion in Agile Sprint methodology
  • Be the Scrum Master for onshore and offshore B2B marketing teams in daily stand ups and biweekly sprints
  • Ensure that requests are delivered by teams on time and to quality standards
  • Understand business partner requirements and challenges, and offer creative and digital services to support their business goals
  • Collaborate with team leaders and creative specialists (digital services, creative services) on discovery calls and briefing calls to provide service excellence to our partners
  • Participate in the creative and digital marketing concept creation process
  • Take ownership of the assigned pipeline and update managers on a regular basis
  • Complete project management tasks and project related administrative tasks


  • Advanced business English language skills
  • At least 5 years’ experience as a Scrum Master or Marketing Account management in a corporate environment
  • Confidence and friendly personality for dealing with multiple stakeholders
  • Customer-oriented thinking and innovative attitude
  • Experience with digital project management tools
  • Experience in fast-paced digital projects
  • Experience in working with creatives
  • Certificate in Agile/Scrum management
