This role will be responsible for managing the overall planning, execution, and delivery of SAP project.

As the project manager you will monitor and report on the overall status of the project. The project manager guides and mentors their project teams and others in the overall organization in the use of the EPMO methodology, best practices, and tools.



  • Responsible for full life- cycle of projects from initiation to completion. 
  • Lead the cross-functional project team, work with contractors, and vendors to deliver important projects.
  • Apply IT project management methodology and appropriate project management framework (using established project standards). 
  • Ensure client requirements are captured accurately and completely
  • Manage the overall planning, execution and delivery of projects
  • Develop project estimates and plans to manage the end-to end project execution
  • Define the project charter, roles, tasks, milestones, budgets and measures of success
  • Create and maintain project documentation including completion of lessons learned
  • Use disciplined project management methodology to define scope, develop project plan, and execute projects that adhere to guidelines and deliver within cost and schedule.
  • Track project status and manage project issues and risks
  • Serve as primary contact to senior department managers for critical change initiatives within a highly matrix environment.
  • Communicate to project team members, key stakeholders, and sponsors



  • Bachelor's degree;
  • 5-8 Years of Project Management experience in a large multi-unit organization. Knowledge of project management vocabulary and terminology.  Mastery of project domain. 
  • 3-5 years supervisory experience overseeing large scale projects, global teams, project managers, application leads.
  • Experience managing enterprise level implementation projects, such as ERP
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Project and Visio
  • Strong cross-business unit/IT communication, influence and negotiation required.
  • Ability to manage time, prioritize and communicate expectations and responsibilities
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills. Strong communication skills as evidenced by ability to articulate project status and risks to diverse audiences
  • Adopter of new technologies, processes and ideas
  • Strong organizational skills including attention to details. Ability to work collaboratively
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and deal with changing priorities
  • Cultural adaptability.  Virtual and remote team management ability. 
  • Independent and innovative spirit.  Flexible and responsive to input.


  • Advance degree in IT related field or MBA preferred.
  • Project Management Accreditation (APMP, PMI, Prince 2 or equivalent) preferred.
