Sales Supervisor - Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV)

Responsibilities
 
  • Strategically develop LCV capabilities through partnerships and local corporate clients.
  • Build pricing & operational methodologies (pricing, RV, maintenance, service, end-of-contract costs on refurbishment etc).
  • Ensure the achievement of the company’s LCV growth targets.
  • Follow closely private and governmental LCV tenders, respond to strategic calls for tenders.
  • Prepare LCV lease agreements and other leasing related documentations.
  • Own the full rental experience from vehicle preparation, interacting with customers to handling returns.
  • Create strong collaboration with key stakeholders, at the company and countries levels.
  • As a LCV expert, you will represent the company in selected international experts’ panels and events. You will keep a watch on and understand the implications of the changing trends of the market.
  • Track and manage the overall development of the LCV business and build a transparent reporting tool to enhance internal and external communication of results.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive sales, at least 2 years in light commercial vehicle segment
  • Experience in an international organization
  • Leadership ambition
  • Result-oriented, hunting attitude
  • Good command of English and Hungarian both written and spoken
  • Proactive, dynamic, team player with excellent communication skills
  • Analytical, creative and strategic minded with good follow-up capacity
  • Self-motivated, takes initiative
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools
