Our partner is the largest European company producing gelato mixes, ingredients and pastry products.
- Management of the sales strategy in Hungary.
- Management of an own sales area close to Budapest and supervision of the commercial areas of the other salesmen of the branch.
- Customer acquisition, consolidation of the already active customers, direct sales, research, evaluation and supervision of distributors.
- Market survey and margin analysis, presentation of reports.
- Management of the sales team and of the branch team.
- Constant alignment with the Sales Department in the foreign headquarter regarding commercial strategies
- At least 5 years’ experience in this role or in a similar one.
- Experience in people management.
- Experience in direct sales on the field.
- Preferable experience in order of preference: from the pastry ingredients sector, from the sector of ingredients for ice cream, from food ingredients, from the food sector.
- Fluent Hungarian and English
- Economics degree or related qualifications.
