Tasks:

  • The Rotator Support Admin acts as facilitator / liaison on behalf of Rotators.
  • First line of contact for Rotator questions related
  • to timekeeping
  • cost coding
  • Management of Rotator timekeeping reconciliation – working closely with Upstream Billing
  • Troubleshoot rotator issues with expense reporting
  • Ad-hoc support provided to Rotators, Upstream Commercial or other functions
  • Controls Responsibilities (including CIMS, OIMS & IT System Ownership):

 

  • Comply with all policies, procedures, firewall restrictions & IFRs
  • Ensure all activities conform to applicable laws and regulations
  • Manage proprietary, confidential and sensitive information
  • Tools: Internal tools Chrome River //eSpeedBuy
  • SAP
  • Microsoft Office

 

  • Profile:
  • Entry- level position (graduates are welcome)
  • No degree needed

Requirements:
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills, able to interface across different functions
  • Customer oriented mindset
  • Problem solving skills
  • Language Skills: Fluent English
