As a German multinational software corporation and we are looking for Presales Support Associates.


  • supports the global Presales organization in first-responder content and coordination of product, technical, and security requirements in customer questionnaires (RFx documents)
  • the support includes understanding and adhering customer instructions for addressing questions and providing standardized and pre - generated answers to the requirements as defined by the client
  • aligns with Presales in updating and maintaining product, technical, and security related content in a centralized database for continuous quality and improvement best practices
  • works on multiple and simultaneous requirements documents in a high-volume, deadline driven environment to support Presales on revenue-generating client opportunities


  • University degree (Bachelor) or relevant tertiary certification in Accounting, Finance, or related fields

  • high level reading skills / comprehension (in English)

  • excellent time management
  • highly proficient in Outlook/ Word/ Excel


  • 1-2 years working experience in a fast-paced tech/software or comparable experience
  • 1-2 years working experience in a relevant role
  • has experience working with an ERP software like S/4 HANA

  • OSI Model
  • Basic Database Administration
