Marketing Specialist

Tasks:
Development and execution the company‘s marketing efforts both online and offline to reach maximum brand recognition in mostly efficient way. The Marketing Specialist should
seek out cost effective opportunities to promote the company to prospective clients by collaborate with HQ and local teams
take initiative to target different marketing channels for promotional purposes
 

  • Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events;
  • Develop and localize marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met;
  • Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums, organize and/or create propagation materials, customer gifts;
  • Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs;
  • Prepare annual marketing plan, budget and report files for management;
  • Organize exhibitions and various customer events and aligned with overarching strategy;
  • Pro-actively keep in touch, schedule check-in meetings and join business meetings with products and sales teams to support their business strategies from a marketing perspective;
  • Leverage digital assets to conduct marketing qualified lead generation campaigns;
  • Offer fresh perspective on marketing ideas through operational work and implementation of modern marketing trends;
  • Prepare and publish online and offline PR articles, manage and edit iMotion newsletters;
  • Manage local content of the website and social media appearances, maintaining brand recognition;
  • Attend industry and marketing-related trade shows, and schedule meetings and interviews with internal stakeholders to validate and constantly improve marketing activities and messages;
  • Colaborate with Technical team to manage Showroom;


Requirements:

  • Degree in marketing, communications, or related field required;
  • At least 3+ years experience in B2B/Industrial marketing activities, BTL campaigns, event marketing and digital marketing;
  • Knowledge of marketing specific software (E-Design, Photoshop, video editing), references in SEO tactics would be an advantage;
  • Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), and content management systems;
  • Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis;
  • Project and vendor management skills and experience working with cross functional teams;
  • Fluent English spoken and written;
  • Driving license for personal car ("B");
  • Able to work independently and with limited supervision, highly self-motivated and able to effectively manage various competing priorities;
  • Ability to grasp big picture organizational goals, with a strong knowledge of current trends in marketing;
  • Proactive personality with stakeholder coordinations and communication with the relevant department.
