About our partner:
The Insight Sales representative’s primary responsibility is to coordinate relationships with the customers - physicians and pharmacies in its designated area (i.e. ambulatory and/or clinic physicians, KOLs; treatment centers, pharmacies). The Insight Sales representative works strategically to increase the awareness and appropriate use of designated products in settings such as dermatology/plastic surgeon practices, aesthetic practitioners in private aesthetic practice clinics and hospitals. Works primarily through digital virtual channels, in combination with the local country sales management seeks to define and implement the most effective approach.

Tasks:
  • Leverage portfolio and increase market share of products within the territory.
  • Develop & manage relationships with Support team/medical affairs, decision makers, sales team.
  • Source new opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Research accounts, identifies potential customers and generate interest.
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly targets.
  • Route high potential customers to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Answering potential customer´s questions and sending additional information per email.
  • Develops long-term customer relationship based on ethical principles.
  • Maintain and expand database of long-tail customers.
  • Provide support about the proper use of products and advise on the best practices in patient and practice management.
  • Plans daily activities in order to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Maximize time spent with the customer by correct monthly and daily call planning by using CRM system and reporting KPIs.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Proven Remote/Inside sales experience
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Track record of over-achieving KPIs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets (preferably within the healthcare. industry)
  • Office based role with max 30% in Field, willingness to travel on a regular basis.
  • Full, preferably clean driving license
  • Fluent in English (written & oral)
