On behalf of our multinational partner, we are looking for a pro-active Finance Assistant (Finance Administrator) to provide high- level support for the EU finance team and being point of contact for their customers. The ideal candidate will perform both.
• Control and drive invoicing process, raise purchase orders, maintain database;
• Approve invoices, check invoices;
• Keep records of invoices and tax payments;
• Manage accounts receivable and payable;
• Coordinating between transactional teams;
• Initiates payments, coordinate payment team;
• Keep contact with certain suppliers;
• Work with partner departments to support proper month-end closing;
• Create and update spreadsheets of daily transactions;
• Prepare calculations, maintain reports;
• Identify and address account discrepancies;
• Participate in payroll booking mapping and support payroll related invoice processing
• Obtaining financial data from teams;
• Maintain documents and archive;
• Support management in events organization, presentations and arrange catering;
• Organize Client / Leader site visits, assist guest in travel and accommodation arrangements;
• Support with any other ad-hoc admin task.
• BsC or equivalent in Finance / Business / Economics;
• Ideally 2-3 years of practical experience preferably in multinational company;
• Fluent written and verbal skills in Hungarian and English;
• AP experience;
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Outlook);
• Pro-active problem solving ability;
• Great communication & interpersonal skills;
• Good time management and prioritization skills;
• Accurate and reliable personality;
• Strong customer service orientation;
• Ability to work with little or no supervision;
• Multilingual preferred

• Accounting knowledge;
• Experience with SAP; Macros & business warehouse applications
